Most projects fall between £15,000 and £60,000. A single-process system that replaces one spreadsheet is typically £15k to £25k; a multi-user system with integrations £25k to £40k; and a full operational platform £40k to £60k or more. We publish these bands so you can budget before you call.
It depends on scope, but most projects run from a few weeks for a focused single-process system to a few months for a larger platform. We build in stages so you see working software early rather than waiting for one big delivery at the end.
Yes, completely. There's no lock-in and no hostage software. The source code is handed over to you, documented, so you're never dependent on us to make a change or move elsewhere.
That's normal, and it's what the free 60-minute process audit is for. We work through the manual process with you, find where the time and errors actually are, and only then scope and price something. Often the audit itself clarifies the problem.
Yes. Xero, Sage and QuickBooks all have official APIs and we integrate with them regularly. Where two systems have no direct route, we build custom middleware so they behave as one.
Being local, we serve Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater, Taunton and Bristol in person, is a genuine advantage for the on-site process mapping we do. We can work with businesses further afield too, but the in-person element is part of what makes the work good.
Security is designed into everything we build, proper authentication, role-based access and encryption in transit. We host on infrastructure we run ourselves and monitor it around the clock, so security is part of how the system is looked after, not just how it was written.
We hand over the working system, documentation and the code. If you'd like ongoing support or future development we're happy to provide it, but it's optional, you're never locked in.
Yes, particularly where there's real functionality involved like booking systems, calculators or portals. We just lead with bespoke business software because that's where we add the most value for most clients.
For work like this, small and senior beats large and layered. You deal directly with the person who runs the business and writes the code, decisions are fast, nothing is lost in translation, and our lower overheads mean you're not paying for an account-management layer you didn't want.
Cost is the question everyone starts with. Our full guide to what bespoke software costs covers what drives a quote, how it is charged, and what to run a mile from.
